GETTING THE DEAL THROUGH – CYBERSECURITY 2019

The series “Getting the Deal Through”, known for its publications on comparative law, such as on licensing or e-commerce, has published its latest issue exclusively dedicated to cyber- and IT-security as well as data privacy.

In this volume, experts from 17 countries present the locally applicable legal framework as well as existing practice. Árpád Geréd has contributed the chapter on Austria, in which he details the measures and laws recently introduced as well as those planned in Austria and the European Union.
